Yes, all our engines and transmissions undergo a rigorous inspection and compression test to ensure they meet our high-quality performance standards before being listed for sale.
What is the typical mileage on your imported JDM parts?
Most of our Japanese domestic market engines and components typically have between 45,000 and 65,000 miles, as is standard for imports from Japan.
Do you offer local pickup at your DMV location?
Absolutely. Customers in the DC, Maryland, and Virginia area can select the local pickup option at checkout to save on shipping costs and collect their orders directly from our warehouse.
How do you handle freight shipping for large items?
Engines and transmissions are secured on pallets and shipped via reputable freight carriers. We provide tracking information and can ship to both residential addresses and commercial business locations.
What kind of warranty do you provide on used engines?
We offer a standard 30-day startup warranty on the internal blocks of our engines. Please note that bolt-on accessories and sensors are generally not covered under this limited warranty.
Can I return a part if it doesn't fit my vehicle?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and may be subject to a restocking fee.
