Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the parts in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Shipping and Tracking

  Affix the provided return label or use a trackable shipping service to send the package back to our DMV distribution center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the part, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
